Transaction Mapping
The TransactionMapping is a mapping used to add the necessary headers for record and transaction. This mapping ensures the addition of appropriate headers for both records and transactions headers in 1Bonding context. Make sure the feedback message includes a transaction header for it to work properly.

| From | Leave it empty. Specifying 'from' is not necessary. |
| To | Leave it empty. |
| Function type | Defines the function type. Needs to be "1Bonding functions". |
| Function | Defines the function. Needs to be "add transaction headers". |
| subject | Maps to record/description (the description of the ticket). |
| comment | Maps to transaction/additionalInfo. |
| destinationEndpoint | Maps to both transaction/destinationEndpoint and record/destinationEndpoint. It's specifically designed for use in a local 1gateway setup, where both service desks communicate internally within the 1gateway system. |
